Been on 7 OH for about 1 years. I was taking about 6 30mg a day. I thought these would not work without 7 OH. I bought one pack to try and wow what a difference. First off I thought I would try 1/2 and felt great. Clean without the craving and weird felling it lasted 9 hrs. Coming down, you feel normal not all gittery and sweaty. The only draw back is the price almost double.
They were pretty good, got the job done. Got them for free with my purchase so I can't complain about them at all. They tasted good as well. Being original flavor, I thought it might be bland or disgusting but they had a nice flavor
