How to Use Mushroom Chocolate

Bars Recommended Dosage for Beginners

If this is your first time with mushroom chocolate bars, take one-half of a square to get a sense of how our shrooms blend will affect you. As you get more experienced, you can add to your dosage.

Microdosing Guide (1/2 Square)

For microdosed effects, you can usually find your sweet spot with half a square of chocolate. This should provide a notable, but functional experience.

Full Dose (1 Square)

A full serving is a single chocolate square. And always remember that edibles can take a little while to kick in, so don’t get impatient and double-dose (see below).

Tips for Best Experience
